I am a new member to BC.com and a relative computer novice, but have been reading the forum postings off and on for some time. For the past week or so, AVG sporadically announces that I have been infected by "SHeur3.BXFU", a trojan virus in my Temporary files. AVG does not seem to be able to quarantine the virus and attempts at using MalwareBytes have not been successful.

It's possible that I need something a little "stronger", but do not want to start down that road without discussing the issue with someone with more familiar with the ins and outs of malware/virus removal.
