I have been given a laptop for my son ( packard bell args1 in0053 ) but the USB is not working. I went into hardware manager
And the USB controller is missing, and there is an unknown device.

I have tried to update the driver with no luck. I have searched the packard bell support site for the driver but can't find it. The
Machine is running vista.

Any help much appreciated

Hi Peter Gadsby,

I believe that these are the drivers for your laptop.

Good Luck,
