I just want to say a quick hello to everyone here on BC. I'm in a love hate relationship with my PC. I neglect regular maintenance routines, then I get stumped easily when trying to fix the problems caused by my ignorance. If anyone can change my flawed mentality in computing, it's this site. So far I've looked at the tutorial database and some other intro stickies. I'm impressed!

The level of competent information presented here is outstanding. I've seen evidence that someone as ignorant as I am can get comprehensive help with any issue out there. Even after my problem is solved, I will continue to visit the site becuase of all the cool stuff to learn. I want to learn more about the benefits and specifics of switching to a version of linux/unix. I also need to learn about all the software maintenance I can perform on my PC to keep it running smoothly. This site looks promising! I am glad to be here.

P.S. I need to learn how to use the proper typing form (Any suggestions?) :)

Hello and :welcome: to Bleeping Computer.

Be sure to check out the New User Orientation.

I'm not sure what you mean by "proper typing form".
The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
