Firewall options, HELP ME OUT On/Off?

Hello everyone :) i need help with my new firewall to configure it properly
im home user btw

But what is Arp cache protection, Protocole analyze, and Protect other NDIS protocols than tcp/ip
only Block fragmented ip grams" are [X] as default

And ive opened port 3784 cause my VentriloServer
But does the firewall still block users who gonna try connecting to me with it?

What firewall are you using? From a quick search, those features appear to be related to Comodo's Firewall.

I don't use Comodo but there is information about these settings in this CIS/Help Guide/Firewall Task Center/Attack Detection Settings.
