I'm running XP Home w/SP2. When I put the pointing finger on a link, a small flag pops up telling me, usually, what I already know. After all this time it's become annoying! In some cases the flag is actually covering info that I'm trying to read. I've tried every setting I can think of, but nothing gets rid of the flags. Can I get rid of these? If so, how?

Where exactly are these popup flags appearing? There's several causes of them (java for the web based stuff, windows for the desktop stuff, and other sources for the rest).
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
