How do you unlock/hack blocked websites

Just curious...for what purpose?

I've seen a couple of those "forbidden" messages when I tried to access some websites for info...I just assumed that they were proprietary in nature and moved on. I've always been inclined to pay attention to "Keep Out" messages of any kind :).

What websites, for example?
