Outlook spamming email addys in CHina

Windows XP professional, Microsoft outlook.

Came back to work today to find over 300+ emails that bounced back to outlook account. All addresses show something ".qq", and something ".sina".

Have ran eset and quarintined 3 trojan files.

What type of problem is this that I have???!??!?
