I've run combofix, malwarebytes and grinliner/unhide.exe.
Attached is the log from combofix. Would you mind taking a look at my log to see if i should do anything else?
I'm almost afraid to restart for the fear of getting that "crital error" message.
My desktop doesnt look the same. not all of my programs are showing up in the start menu.
any input is greatly appreciated.

****deleted the log....just re-read the instructions about not posting logs....sorry**

Please provide some details on your suspected infection, moving this to Am I Infected forum.
