Do you want your name to be listed in a full page New York Times ad for Firefox? Then read on!

In conjunction with the upcoming release of Firefox 1.0, an organization called SpreadFirefox that is trying to create world wide awareness of this browser who could. On the day of the release of the Firefox 1.0 they will be running a full page advertisement in the New York Times and will list all the names of the people who donated money to this cause.

They also are offering the ability to register an account and help spread the word where you will be recognized for your contributions. If you are interested in learning more about this program, click on the links below. Doing sowill also give BleepingComputer recognition for spreading the word!

This grassroots organization has already received almost 9,000 contributions, so the ad ought to be a double page spread!!!!!!! I find it interesting that enough people are so enthralled by a browser, of all things, that they would contribute to an advertisement.
I clicked on the links, even though I am already registered there.
Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one should be silent.
