i was surfing the internet on maybe buying an iPad or an iPhone when a friend sent this link to me: Heraldsun.com.au

it says

"Within six minutes the institute’s staff was able to render the iPhone’s encryption void and decipher many passwords stored on it," Fraunhofer SIT stated.

"The flawed security design affects all iPhone and iPad devices containing the latest firmware."

WOW - the high and might APPLE is now the target of hackers too.

Try Windows Phone 7 (recommend Samsung Omnia) as it seems to be the newest and most secure OS.

There's not as many apps but all apps you can have are secure and verified by Microsoft.

Hope this helps ;)

Happy Omnia 7 owner.

Actually windows 7 phone can be hacked. Xda-developers.com has been doing it for years to create custom roms.

STORE PERSONNEL: May I help you?
YOU: I'm looking for a "hard drive" with plenty of "RAM" in the "megahertz."
STORE PERSONNEL: You want the computer store next door. This is a supermarket.
YOU: Let me see your "zucchini."

I have (so called) created my own ROM's. I am on xda website (been a while) and created many custom rom's for Kraiser, Hermes, and the Tilt II. I have also created different custom cab files to work on several Win Mobile Devices. The coding on Win 7 and Win 7 Mobile are the same but on Win 7 Mobile is a smaller scare.

So hacking Win 7 Mobile can and has been done.
