web browser redirects - redirect virus?

Attached File  attach.txt   6.98KB   2 downloadsAttached File  attach.txt   6.98KB   2 downloadsHi, My computer seems to be infected with a virus; it re-directs the web browser to random websites etc. I have reinstalled windows using the on-board 'recovery management' restore process, which promises to remove malware, but this has not helped - in fact it made the problem worse as I had had some antivirus and e.g. rkill installef from previous attempts to fix the problem using bleepingcomputer advice. I hope you can help...
