when i turn on task manager a get windows - corrupt file, the file or directy C:WINDOWS\PREFETCH\TASKMGR.ECE-06144C13.P us corrupt and unreadable. please run Chkdsk utility.

I recommend that you open a command prompt and type chkdsk C: /f.

Open Windows Explorer and navigate to c:\windows\prefetch
Delete ALL files in the prefetch folder

Do you still have the same problem?
