Being Hacked and Computer Shut down

Hi

im currently being hacked for my accounts on runescape,

first of all, they are shutting down my pc and then logging onto my account and taking my ALOT of money.

I scanned the computer numerous amount of time, with ad-aware, Malwarebytes, Avast antivirus yet nothing shows up, and i am currently using Peerblock for blocking ip's.
