Hello, I have a Blue screen problem again.
I did post before in this forum and someone suggested me to do a memtest86. I did and it finds no error.

Now I still get the same Blue Screen.

I have Blue Screen View, now I will copy and paste the following report:

Let's try this.

Download/install BlueScreenView, http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html .

Double-click BlueScreenView.exe file.

When scanning is done, click Edit/Select All...then File/Save Selected Items.

Save the report as BSOD.txt.

Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content and paste it into your next reply.

Try running the chkdsk /r command.

Start/Run...type chkdsk /r and hit Enter. Type Y in new window and hit Enter. Reboot the system.

The command should execute, then boot into Windows.

Hello, I did the chkdsk.

When it's finished, it reboots again and I log in my window. (Then I receive an Adobe Flash update... by coincidence I guess)

What are the next steps?

Wait and see if and when the blue screen error occurs again.

Your system is having a problem with Avast. Either uninstall it and install a different av or contact Avast and tell them about the issue you are having (tell them your system is blue-screening because of the aswSP.SYS file). They may have a drive specifically for your system.

They simply ask me to send the minidump file to their server and I did.

I think I might have another BSoD that is not relate to the antivirus, but I'm not sure when it will happen.

This time Avast doesn't cause the BSoD. They only want I send them the minidump through their FTP server.

The recent one is caused by:
ntfs.sys
ntoskrnl.exe

and there is another one

Hello,

I am wondering what is wrong with my computer. Every time it powers on it sends me to a message saying something about my RAM-DISK not being able to load. Can someone please help me?
