My wife's PC just stopped working with her wireless USB optical Logitech mouse. The mouse does not repond.

Tried different mouse. Same result. Tried different cabled mouse. Gives me a cursor which moves out to the left edge of the screen and will only move up and down.

Keyboard works. Tried uninstalling each mouse and reinstalling. PC says reinstall went fine, but neither mouse works any different.

Also tried safe mode. No difference.

Anybody that can suggest what may be wrong?

All suggestions for solutions most welcome :-)

Kind regards

Asger, Denmark
