In order to help, you will need to provide a lot more than just "help".

What is going on with your system? Provide as many details as possible.

What scans, if any, have you done, and what were the results of those scans?

We are not sitting in front of your computer, so we have no clue what is going on.

The help you receive and whether you are helped in Am I Infected? or asked to follow the steps in Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs will depend on what you tell us.

Sorry, I didn't really know how to post a topic but my question was how do you get rid of viruses without using any kind of software?

With the hundreds of thousands of possibilities in question you need to be much more specific with the virus in question. If you don't have an antivirus or malware tools due to financial reasons there are free alternatives. Everything we do here to help rid people of malware and viruses can be done for free.

The Internet is so big, so powerful and pointless that for some people it is a complete substitute for life.
