blue screen of death

Hi, the second problem i have is when i click on a key the screen turns blue and on the extreme left
there is a whole bunch words and some i can not see because they are off screen,i am using another PC right now to post this
is this what they call the the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH,when screen turns blue a counter comes on at bottom of words and then PC
restarts,any ideas what this.
I have run SPYBOT,HIJACKTHIS,MALWAREBYTES,SUPERANTISPYWARE, When i go back upstairs i will work on HOTKEY KEYBOARD issue
that may get rid of it,THANKS FOR THE HELP

We need to know more about your BSODs...

Download BlueScreenView (in Zip file)

No installation required.

Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program and When scanning is done, go to Edit > Select All.

Then go to File > Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.

Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Hi, i am having the sme problems Yang Yuan Ji is having,it was suggested to download BLUE SCREEN View and do a scan
I have not done this yet ,but what will it tell me,also is there reason i need ( zHOTKEY.exe)as it shows in my task manager
it has been suggested it be removed as it can cause problems any thoughts on this,THANKS
