To make some cash on the side, I've begun to start selling some things on Amazon. My first item is an Antec SP-350 350W PSU. However, I'm not sure if people are willing to buy anything from a "Just Launched" seller. That then leads me to, how do people become even somewhat successful on Amazon? Does it just take patience?
