It's my son's birthday today, and I'm trying to install this new game for him on his computer, and I keep getting this error after it's installed when we go to try to play it that says "Can't find a suitable pixelFormat"

I'm not real computer savvy...and I could use come help figuring this out if you wouldn't mind. TIA!

Hi Hugz

More information may help. Game and operating system (version of windows) will help shed some light. Some games have a setup routine that needs to be run first, it could be that simple. Post back soon.
