Suddenly Slow...

Windows XP home, suddenly began to run slowly.

* Have run several "fix" programs
* Have de-fragged disk,several times
* Monitor shows RAM usage usually at 90+% and Disk activity at 100%. Task Manager show Page File usage is OK. CPU usage not a problem.
* Ran virus detector in safe mode. Two problems found and fixed, but no effect on computer.
* etc.

Would like some advice on running/interpreting ComboFix.

Just replying with what I have been told regarding running Combofix. Do not use it as a general purpose scanner. Use it only if under supervision of an expert malware tech.
