Bush's re-election website blocks overseas traffic

The BBC is reporting a story where the georgewbush.com re-election website is blocking traffic from web users outside of the United States.This blocking of web users started happening on Monday night. No official report has been given but there is speculation that this was done more for their election policy then for security reasons. One thought was that they were reserving the bandwidth for those people who will be actually voting. Though blocking this traffic, does make it difficult for Americans overseas to reach the site
