I know the pc is infected <_< . Used Combofix to sort through the issue. It was able to successfully disinfect wuauclt.exe file but it could not disinfect the msiexec.exe file.

PC still cannot access the The antivirus CA Etrust realtime. I have tried to start the realtime service but keep getting the message: "the etrust antivirus realtime service service on local computer started and stopped.some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the performance logs and alerts service.

Also prior to running Combofix, I was not able to access network resources from PC, file/print, access drive, join domain.
