user problem maybe caused by virus.

I have a major computer problem. when trying to deal with msiexec i used malwarebytes anti malware and i was told i had to reboot to remove it fully, but when i did things didn't work right and desktop wouldn't work right and then I can't login as my usual user on this computer what can i do to fix this? should i get some help from someone like staples? anyone please help. this is the best describtion i can give.
