So, I got hit with the XP malware that makes you think you have a million viruses on your computer. My fiance got things mostly fixed, but I'm still having residual issues. My programs list is empty, and I had to restart my laptop last night. Now, my anti-virus program isn't loading up. I managed to find it in my task manager, but it won't connect to the internet for updates. Also, my quick launch bar is empty.

I'm really at my wit's end. Can anyone help me?
