today I ran a scan with avg10 free addition and when it finished it showed no viruses but two warnings. it said they were corrupted executable files that were potentially dangerous objects

D:\System Volume Information\_restore{8644B53C-E305-4C14-B2BD-C6673D25DC97}\RP1530\A0600854.exe

when i tried to move them to the virus vault or heal them it said they were too big to move at 32 mb each i'm not sure if they are messed up restore files or something else
