Pup whitesmoke infections detected by superantispyware

I scanned with super anti spyware and the program found two instances of pup.whitesmoke in the registry scan. I would like to know what i do next the quarantine that super anti spyware tried to perform must have failed because when i rescanned it appeared again. Help would be greatly appreciated.
