I am a long time computer user, and thought I was immune to virus / malware - and somehow, my computer was infected with the "Vista AntiVirus 2012" malware program, which had me at a standstill. I struggled for many hours trying to get rid of it, then I found this site. Thanks to this site, I was able to get going again - and my computer runs faster than ever. Thanks again! I really appreciate the detailed steps and tools for virus removal.

Thank you for your kind words. It's people like you letting us know you were successful ridding yourself of malware that makes what we do worthwhile. :thumbup2:
