being redirected from google searches hijack this logfile

these are the images for the logfile from hijackthis. since the thing won't let me open the logfile to copy and paste it sorry about this. the main issue is is that on my other laptop (the one this logfile is from) i keep getting redirected to stupid sites on google. i've read a billion different posts on how to deal with it and nothing is working. can someone please look at this and add step by step (pretty much idiot proof) instructions on how to get rid of what i need to do. i know it's a pain but i thank you in advance.
