When I open an internet browser ( and i've tried IE and Firefox)it takes ages to load. Sometimes it redirects to other websites. It often works straight away going through bookmarks. ie BBC Sport bookmark that I have saved. However typing in bbc sport and hollowing the hyperlinks has unpredictable results. either redirection or just no doing anything.

I have tried a malwarebytes scan and got nothing.

I have tried restoring the system to an early time and this does nothing.

I have also have Trend Micro virus protection but it is turned off. I can't activate it because it says i'm not connected to the internet..... which I am.

I would dearly like some help.

Thanks

Your system is infected. I've asked a moderator to move this thread to the correct forum.

My bad.

Apologies for posting in the wrong place.

Anyhow, I ran super anti spyware free and that has seemed to solve the problem.

A fantastic forum. Thanks.
