Several months back I cloned a second drive and put it aside, is it possible to add data that has built up on the drive I am using to the cloned drive. Or is it just simpler to re-clone the whole drive again.

The only was to do it would be to clone the whole drive again. Cloning makes a bit-by-bit copy of the whole drive and can't be edited.
