Whenever I attempt to open an .exe file a pop up window appears along with an annoying sound to say "msimn.exe this application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\WIKI.DLL is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against you installation disk." If I then click on "OK" the program will load. This will happen about a dozen times when booting and again whenever I attempt to open any .exe file.
