Hello Guys,
I'm Vince. I'm not really good at computer system so I don't know how to fix my problem. My problem is our laptop has been running very slow, and I noticed in task manager the memory is nearly full when i use firefox, when firefox is closed its half, like 700-800MB. It just started when i download some file in youtube by the people last week. I have symantec antivirus, when i scanned my computer, I found winlogon.exe in my computer is a virus and my downloaded files. When I click to fix it the window of my computer become blue and i dont know what the messages because its too long. When it restarted and tried to clean the risks founded by our antivirus, its already gone and i thought our laptop was good now. But now i saw the 2 winlogon.exe in task manager. I click open file location the folder open (C:\Users\Annabel\AppData\Roaming) but i couldn't found it, I already click "show hidden files, etc..." but nothing. I need your help guys because i think i have virus in my computer, and our antivirus couldn't found it because I already scanned today and nothing.. and also the description of the winlogon.exe in my taskmanger is "oifkfn". I think our winlogon.exe has been infected or this is really a virus. I want to delete it but my brother said its a important file in our computer

Please help me fix our laptop. Thank you for anyone who will response.
