I broke my screen a couple of weeks back. I just ordered a new one and changed the screens. I know i made no mistakes and followed the directions correctly. When i turn the laptop on the screen lights up but the screen is only white. Nothing else pops up. Just the white screen. Anybody know what could have happened?

I would obviously recheck the cable connections to make sure I had seated them properly and reseat them. If still a problem I would reconnect the broken screen to try and eliminate the screen or not as the case may be.
