Since May 20, Machine is messed up

This girl from Romania tried but apparantely doesn't have the experience to fix MY problem. I removed IE8 and then installed IE9 from the microsoft website. The same problem occurs in IE9 about the browser timing out. Something is preventing it from waiting for a page to complete its task. It's always losing the connection and timing out. I do not have the time out problem in Firefox of Chrome. What could be causing this problem in IE and not the other browsers?

What version of Windows?

System manufacturer and Model?

Any number of possibilities...other than the connection itself.

Does your email work properly on IE?

Why did you remove IE 8?

Exact wording of any onscreen error messages?

Aside from "messed up"...can you give some descriptive narrative of what led to your seeking assistance from the unknown, unamed "Romanian girl"?

I don't use email in IE. I'm on Windows 7.

Here is the exact error message in IE8 or IE9

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

This happens on pages which perform a function that requires that the browser PATIENTLY WAIT for the process to complete. Ok?

IE doesn't wait. Both Chrome and Firefox work ok. IE used to work. Something has happened to my machine to make it NOT work. The fact is that removing IE8 and installing IE9 didn't fix this problem. Where do I go from here?

Or, I can just acknoledge that the browser is garbage no longer use it....
