There are quite a few "kernel" STOP messages. You can view some of the more common STOP messages here: http://aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm

Kernel issues are very complex and can be caused by many things, including hardware incompatibilities, corrupt drivers and poorly written software (along with viruses, etc).

When you reinstalled Windows - how did you do it? Did you do a format first? Did the reinstall save all of your old settings and programs?

Have you visited Windows Update for all the necessary updates? Have you reinstalled the motherboard drivers, the video drivers, and any other hardware drivers that are needed for your system?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
