I have been struggling with this for a while and am getting nowhere.

I keep getting a BSOD NTFS.sys whenever i use Xilisoft to convert a video file or whenever i try to sync my ipad or iphone with my desktop. I have tried updating drivers and even a fresh install of Windows 7 Pro to no avail.

Any one got a clue what this means?

Here is what i got from Bluescreenview:

Im on Windows 7 though.

I will try out replacing it tonight and will get back. Thanks for the response.

Having looked through the all the MiniDumps again i have noticed that the crash address in all of them is ntkrnlpa.exe if that makes any difference.

linked are the full Minidumps: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/3309488/Minidump.rar
