Hi all, This is my first post so bare with me. I am experimenting with paint.net and downloaded some plugins, but I cannot open the Dll files. Anyone know how to do this? thanks

Hello and welcome. You don't open the DLL files, they just need to be placed in the correct folder. For example here is a tutorial:


Check if there is any specific installation instructions on the site you obtained the plugins from.
