Hello all,

My Google search results link to bogus pages. I've created a log using Hijack This but haven't made any changes or deletions. Any help someone can offer would be appreciated.

I'm running Windows XP pro and IE8.

Thanks,

Chris

Since you have a HJT log...you can post that at BC Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/forum22.html .

A better alternative would be to read/follow the guidance at Preparation Guide, Before Using Malware Removal Tools and Requesting Help - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic34773.html , noting that the logs requested should be posted at the same forum linked to above.

Hi Louis,

I found TDSSKiller by looking over other posts. This application cured my problem.

Thanks for the help,

Chris

Glad you seem to have resolved it...but keep in mind the links that I posted, if you have problems :).
