Hello everyone and wish you all a good weekend.
I hope to learn a lot here about keeping my computer operating clean and gain the best in knowledge on computers, softwear, and other programs.

Neat place here. Wish I found it sooner.

Take care and I see you all later.

This is not a reply, as I am an even more recent addition to the forum. I'm just adding my own intro. I am not all that computer savvy, just your common web trawler with not much knowledge about the inner workings of my computer or programmes. I hope to learn and will be browsing the tutorial thread asap.

I logged on as I heard about winhound at work(library) and was a mite worried about my computer. I decided it was time to start becoming more proactive in my quest for computer literacy.

Leaghaire.

As computers become more and more a part of everyday life, and the open internet becomes a hazardous place in which to roam around, having the knowledge to keep your computer relatively secure and having a place to seek help when so complex a system as a computer and its software has problems makes life easier.
BC is both a excellent place to learn about computing and security as well as to get help when something goes wrong.
Welcome to you both!!!!!!!
