Last week my computer crashed, at the time I didn't know why. I managed to get it started up again and recover all documents and ran a scan through AVG. A couple of trojan horse cryptic.cww files were detected which AVG is not able to remove. After trying to Google and figure out what that was, I saw that every search link I selected was redirected to bizarre pages. Also the computer is now running extremely slowly. I have also tried scanning through Ad-Aware but nothing seems to be helping.

Each time I scan with AVG I get different memory numbers. Does that mean the infection is getting worse? What do I do now?

Please help!
