Hello fellow bleepers

Would you believe it I just typed in a long, extremely witty introduction - didn't copy it in case anything went wrong and then got an error message when I tried to post it so this short version will have to do.

I'm an ex-progrmmer/analyst/project manger (retired) but on mainframess and mini-computer so all this PC stuff is very non-PC to me (what exactly is a dongle?).

I respect others until they prove to be undeserving of respect so please don't laugh too loudly when I ask childish quetions.

That's all and this time I am tking a copy.

Here goes.....

Even though your experience is outside of the Windows environment, your background should help you learn your way around a PC. You will find a wealth of information here, and many friendly Members more than willing answer any question you might have, even if you think it is elementary.
Welcome to BC!
Regards,
John
