Hello to all,

I am new to this website and found that it had some very useful tips. I used to have Avira installed in my computer and it kept picking up a TR/trash trojan but not able to remove it. I tried Malware's AntiMalware but that didnt work either. So I changed my A/V to the AOL edition of McAfee and have not had any problems yet. Every now and then when I go to the internet it sends me to some website and i close it, but thats the extent of it. I am not sure if there are any other risks associated with this, but don't really know what to do next. Anyways, I just wanted to say Hello to all the individuals that help out and wanted to say thank you for providing this service to computer illiterate people like myself. :)

Malware is a very complex subject, and new and sophisticated attacks appear every day. No AV can guarantee that you will be 100 per cent safe, even if you update its definitions twice a day, unless you use the internet with care and caution.
