i use convertxtodvd to burn movies it was working a week ago now when i burn a movie it keeps saying impossible to detect if its a writer...someone plz help

ConvertXtoDVD is not a free program, so if you bought it, did you try to contact their tech support?
Did you try to reinstall it?

i downloaded it and got the keygen with it so i have full use of it....i have uninstalled it and reinstalled it but still does it....
