Please edit your post and delete all but the 7 or 8 most recent errors - just to make the thread more manageable.

First thing I'd check is ram. To check the ram, download memtest (http://www.memtest.org/). Burn it to a cd using a dedicated .iso burning utility (http://www.petri.co.il/how_to_write_iso_files_to_cd.htm), make sure the cd drive is at the top of the boot order in bios, then boot to the newly created cd and run the utility.

BTW, Spybot is old school and the tea time module has been known to cause problems. I always recommend uninstalling Spybot and just using MalwareBytes and / or Super Antispyware

Sometimes the descriptions of a BSOD error can be misleading.

You really have to dig into the dump file to get anything useful out of it.

Since you have scanned for viruses, spyware, etc already, I would recommend
that you get the dump file of the BSOD analyzed.

If you want to take it on yourself, this blog post

http://blogs.microsoft.co.il/blogs/sasha/archive/2008/06/28/the-abc-of-blue-screen-dump-analysis.aspx

gives a couple of ideas to look at your dump file.

I'm not sure what your knowledge level is, but this post has a pretty concise walk-trough.

Well...your self-help...costs a lot less in time and dollars...than taking your system to someone else...who just may not even solve the basic problem. It's your choice how much effort you want to put into this...we're here to try to help if that's what you want :).

Worth reviewing, IMO: Memtest86+ Guide-How To's - Overclockers Forums - http://www.overclockers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=409152

Running one pass on Memtest...accomplishes nothing.

Okay, let's start at the top.

1) What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?

2) Any errors in device manager?

3) Have you run a full scan with your anti virus app?

4) Please boot to the recovery console and run chkdsk /r

Windows & Microsoft essentials won't update. Can't turn on automatic updates.Although malwarebytes automatic update works.
2) Any errors in device manager? NO

3) Have you run a full scan with your anti virus app? Yes 3x's in safe mode.Found & deleted a bunch of stuff. Have not had the BSOD yet since.Still can't turn on update. and also get a system broken file association threat every time I run Super-Anti-Spyware.

4) Please boot to the recovery console and run chkdsk /r . Will do. Thanks

You misunderstood my first question. I didn't want to know what is currently wrong with the system, I wanted to know what changed between the last time the system ran well and the first time it did not. Anyway, the fact that your AV found a number of issues is certainly relevant. I'd suggest you post in the Am I Infected forum to make sure your system is now "clean".
