using windows 7, I recently sent a picture with print (attatched it to email) it was sent in jpg and sender could open it
today I sent a similar document w/picture (saved the very same way, or so I think) and it was unreadable in ccf mode.
Can someone help a blithering idiot like myself?
thanks

not sure if hallmark will work like Photo Shop ,or Office does but ,with the file open in hallmark can you go to File in the toolbar maybe ,and choose save as and maybe get the option to sae in the jpg format .if not you just right click on the file and change name and simply change the file extension from .ccp to .jpg .work with some file types for me sometime .good luck

Appears to me that you sent a Hallmark file, rather than a .jpg.
