Google Misdirect Virus

sounds like a common problem...from my Google search page if I click on a link identified by the Search, the browser often takes me to a different site, usually some other search engine site like yp.com. We switched ISPs (from Comcast to AT&T) two weeks ago and the problem seemed to have started then.

A week or so ago I ran Malwarebytes (full scan), which I think found 8 infected files and seemed to help. But it came back. Ran the same scan again just now with results below.

Can you help?
