I think this might be in the wrong forum. Its not really an infection, but I'm not sure what it is.

I opened my local disk and noticed this random HTML file in my C:\ directory.

And it caught my attention because it is titled "Mike" and my name is Mike. So I decided to open it and the document looks like this.

I don't make HTML documents, and no one else uses this computer, so I'm not entirely sure how this could have been made, let alone get onto my computer. My only guess is some kind of virus spam joke but I'm not sure.

Any ideas? I'm tempted to just delete this file.
