I am having the same problem. I have McAfee anti virus. I thought it was supposed to blokk such programes?

Please provide specifics of your situation...system manufacturer and model...clear/concise description of your problem as you see it...any error messages which appear onscreen, and so forth.

There is no one program...that will protect a system...from all the various forms of malware. System defense starts with a firewall and a reliable AV program. These should be supplemented by installation/updating/use of programs such as SUPERAntiSpyware.com - AntiAdware, AntiSpyware, AntiMalware! - http://www.superantispyware.com/
and Malwarebytes.org - http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php .

McAfee products are widely recognized to be among the worst - both in terms of function and support. I strongly recommend you uninstall McAfee AV and replace it with ANY other anti virus app.
