I am completely computer illiterate, so I hope that you will be kind and bear with me. I have the very frustrating problem of some type of Google redirect trojan on my computer.

My computer info:
- Windows Vista
- Firefox 4.0.1
- Chrome 11.0.696.77 - was first infected, but seems to be ok now. Still annoying because I would prefer to use Firefox.

What I have done already:
- disabled add-ons on Firefox
- Run the following programs which did not identify anything malicious or fix the problem:
1. Ad Aware
2. Spybot - Search and Destroy
3. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
4. TDSSKiller.exe -
5. Backdoor.Tidserv

Help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
