New to this site. Found the site while looking for an answer of why my Restore Function has stopped working. My systems show only one date and that was when I put in my last Windows update. When I select that date for a restore point I get error message that "The writer experienced a Transient Error" ...... etc. Tried to download the RKill program but this site is so confusing that I have not been successful. Would appreciate any help. Seems like this site is a sales location for virus programs and I am so leary of this kind of stuff. Yes I have been ripped off in the past by reading "nice" write-ups.

I'm not sure where you got this idea but I can assure you we are offering nothing more than free assistance.
